By using this tool, you agree to the terms of: The Adaptavist Group's EULA, Adaptavist's DPA and Privacy Policy as well as specific addendums and supplementary terms which apply for this product:

Please note, as indicated in the SMS EULA addendum, that we will share data you provide in SMS with our AI service provider(s) to enable the SMS functionality.

To protect your privacy, you should not input personal or sensitive data.

You must agree to and abide by relevant AI provider specific terms which are referenced in the SMS EULA Addendum document.

SMS does not automatically integrate with ScriptRunner or Jira. Therefore, Jira issue or product data, or ScriptRunner scripts, will not be shared with our AI provider(s) unless you actively upload or import this information into SMS.

Permitted usage: unless specifically authorised via "Professional" edition or by a written agreement with Adaptavist, you may use this product for your own internal business use only and only with your own company's Jira data and scripts, not to process or handle data and scripts from other companies (such as your own end clients or partners).

We do not provide any warranties regarding the outputs of this product, such as analysis and scripts, with regards to quality and any fitness for purpose such as fulfilling any business context specific requirements. You agree and acknowledge that your use of this product is at your own risk and liability.
